Rurban Financial Corp.'s Privacy Notice and Policy explains how we use and share information about you as we provide financial products and services. Please read these policies carefully before using this site. In order to provide information about additional products and services that we offer to you we may disclose your nonpublic personal information to third parties that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.

Under the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you may direct us to not share or disclose certain credit information or nonpublic personal information with our affiliates. Examples of this include account balances and payment history, which is information that we are always permitted to share with our affiliates.

If you discontinue your account relationship with us or become an inactive customer we will continue to comply with the policies described in this notice.

If you have a joint account, any joint owner on the account can opt out on behalf of any other joint owner of the account.

If you wish to opt out of the disclosures, you may do so by directing us not to share any non-public personal information with our affiliates, other than non-public personal information relating to your transactions and experiences with us and sending a letter with your request to opt out in an envelope addressed to Rurban Financial Corp., P.O. Box 473, Defiance, Ohio 43512. Please include your full name, social security number, account numbers, the name of our affiliate that your account is with, and your address.
